MAMOU – Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Mass at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Mamou on Thursday, June 17, 2021, for Dustin Delane Pierce, 25, who passed away on Sunday, June 13, 2021.
Father Billy Massie, Pastor of St. Ann’s Catholic Church, will be celebrant of the Mass and conduct funeral services.
He is survived by his mother, Vanessa Ann Pierce; his father, Clyde Daniel “Danny” Miller; five sisters, Shana Pierce, Destini Pierce, Hope Shepherd and husband, Darrell, Skiley Maricle and Misty Pinson; girlfriend, Toni Renee’ Cameron; stepson, Landin Cole Wiltz; uncles, Brian Pierce and Tony Miller and wife, Michelle; and aunt, DeeDee.
He is preceded in death by his sister, Emily Angel Stanford; maternal grandparents, Walter Adam Pierce and Wanda Hope Pierce; and paternal grandparents, Clyde Daniel Miller and Verona Deville Fontenot.
At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Mamou from 2:00 PM until 9:00 PM. A rosary will be prayed in his honor on Wednesday evening at 6:00 PM. Visitation will resume on Thursday, June 17, 2021 from 8:00 AM until time of service.
