MAMOUIt is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Winton Paul Brignac, 67, announces his passing on Friday, March 2, 2012 at his residence. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, March 05, 2012 at 3:00 PM at St. Ann Catholic Church in Mamou. Rite of Committal will be in the Ortego Cemetery with Father Mark Melancon Celebrant.

Winton will be greatly missed by his brother, Bert Brignac and wife, Marylyn of Mamou, La and his sister Mary Lene Sonnier of Elizabeth, La.

He is preceded in death by his parents Lee and Marie Brignac two brothers, Ferrell Brignac and Donald Brignac and sister, Betty Ware.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Mamou on Sunday, March 04, 2012 from 1:00 PM until 9:00 PM and again on Monday, March 05, 2012 from 8:00 AM until Services. A Rosary will be recited at 6:00 pm Sunday evening.
