MAMOU It is with the heaviest hearts and great sadness that the family of William J. Paddie announces his passing on Wednesday, March, 20, 2013 at The Regency House in Alexandria, La, at the age of 87. Chapel Services will be held Friday, March, 22, 2013 at 11:00 am at Ardoins Funeral Home in Mamou. Interment will follow in the New St. Anns Cemetery with Father Mark Melancon officiating.
William will be greatly missed by his three children: William A. Paddie and wife Cathy of Alexandria, Sandra P. Foster of Shreveport and Paula A. Wager of Columbia, Tn. Also left behind to mourn his loss are his eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren William will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He now rests in Heaven with his beloved wife, Dorothy J. Fontenot Paddie, parents, Mitchell Tatum and Elenia Paddie and son in law, Danny J. Foster.
At the request of the Paddie family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Mamou on Thursday, March 21 from7:00 pm until 10:00 pm and again Friday, March 22 from 9:00 am until time of services.
