Mamou-Funeral Services for Mrs. Rose B. Granger will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Mamou, La. Burial will follow in the First Baptist Cemetery with Brother Ervin Goodman officiating the services.

Mrs. Granger, a resident of Allen, TX and native of Mamou, LA, died on Friday, September 26, 2008 at 4:50 p.m. at the McKinney Health Care and Rehabilitation Center in Texas.

A loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister, she is survived by two daughters, Delores Lambert of Allen, TX and Bonnie G. Vincent and husband, Rob is Sulphur, LA; two sisters, Jean ONeal and husband Milton of Lake Charles, LA, and Joyce B. Darbonne of Mamou, LA; four grandchildren, Karen Adams, Mitchell Lambert, Melissa McDermott, and Robert Vincent; five great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Sidney and Saline Bertrand; her husband, Curly Granger; one brother, Atney Bertrand; and a son-in-law, Don W. Lambert.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 30, 2008 at the First Baptist Church from 10:00 a.m. until time of Services.

Ardoins Funeral Home of Mamou is in charge of arrangements.
