Michael Eugene Danielson born to the late Frederick and Lillian Danielson November 17, 1944 in Port Arthur, Texas. A Longtime resident of Mamou went home to his heavenly reward October27, 2016 at the age 71.
Michael was a Veteran of the United States Army serving during the Vietnam War. He worked in the Louisiana Oilfields for many years. In his spare time he enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.
Michael leaves behind to cherish his memories his daughter Felisha Fusilier, son Byron Danielson and his wife Sigrid, sisters Helen Burgess and her husband Pastor Billy, and Belinda Cole and husband Bickford, his former wife Frances Danielson, sisters-in-law Debbie Danielson, and Diane Douget, two brothers-in-law Randy Miller and his wife Sara, and Ricky Miller, 13 nephews and 4 Nieces.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents Frederick and Lillian Danielson, two brothers Patrick Danielson and Anthony Pommier.
Visitation will be Sunday October 30, 2016 in Mamou at Ardoin Funeral Home beginning at 2:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Visitation will continue Monday October 31, 2016 at 9:00 am until 11:30 AM.
Funeral services will Begin at 11:30 AM in the Ardoin Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, Fort Polk.
