MAMOUIt is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the family of Lillie McGee
announces her passing on Sunday, December 16, 2012 at her residence in Mamou at the age of 83. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at St. Ann Catholic Church in Mamou at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, December 18, 2012. Interment will follow in the New St. Anns Cemetery with Father Mark Melancon officiating.
Lillie, a loving mother, grandmother, and friend, will be sadly missed by her three daughters, Brenda Fruge and husband, Johnny of Mamou, Linda Zimmerman and husband Michael of Colorada Springs, Co and Tina McGee of Mamou one brother L.B. Granger of Ragley eight grandchildren and twentytwo greatgrandchildren. Mrs. Lillie is preceded in death by her husband, Gladwood Mcgee her parents, Lucien and Correne Granger and one son,Tommy McGee.
