MAMOUIt is with great sadness that the family of Madison Fontenot, 89, announces his passing on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at Savoy Care Center. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 1:00 pm on Friday, January 4, 2012 at St. Ann Catholic Church in Mamou. Rite of Committal will follow in the New St. Ann Mausoleum with Father Mark Melancon as Celebrant.
A loving father, grandfather and friend, Madison will be lovingly remembered by his son, Benny Vidrine and wife Susanne of Mamou. One daughterinlaw, Paula Vidrine of Mmaou six grandchildren, Nova Fontenot, Micah Leger, Maggie Guillory, Joel Vidrine, Whitney Vidrine, and Jamie Vidrine. Nine greatgrandchildren. He was preceded in by his wife, Eula Mae Fontenot two son, Bobby Vidrine and James Vidrine one daughter, Karen Vidrine and two grandchildren, Paul Vidrine and Lance Vidrine.
