MAMOU-A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at St. Anns Catholic Church in Mamou, La, for Mr. Louis C. Landreneau who passed away on Sunday,October 25, 2009 at his residence. Burial will follow in the Rougeaus Cemetery in Duralde with Father Jude Thierry officiating.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, children,grandchildren; Mr. Landreneau is survived by his wife, Norma Jo Fuselier Landreneau, two sons, William Barry Landreneau, Sr. and William Barry Landreneau, Jr. one daughter, Rita Gwendolyn all of Mamou; four grandchildren. two brothers, Raymond Landreneau of Duralde, and Francis Landreneau of Eunice; four sisters, Alverta Fruge, Jane Ardoin and Cecilia Fontenot all of Eunice, and Margaret Aucoin of Ville Platte, La; He was preceded in death by, his parents, Cyprien and Delia Pierrottie Landreneau; three brothers, Lee Roland, James Lowell and Carl Landreneau; two sisters, Ruth Ann Fontenot and Mary Ellen Duplechin ;

The family request that visiting hours be observed on Monday, October 26, 2009 at Ardoin Funeral Home of Mamou, from 10:00 am until 10:00 pm The Funeral Home will reopen at 8:00 am on Tuesday until time of services at 2:00 pm.

A Rosary will be recited on Monday, at 7:00 pm.
