Funeral services for Mr. Louis Foret, 88, will be held on Thursday, March 15, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. at St. Anns Catholic Church, with Father Bob Courville officiating. Burial will follow in the Reeds Cemetery .

Mr. Foret, a residence of Mamou, died on Wednesday, March 14, 2007 at 7:40 A.M. at Savoy Medical Center.

Mr. Foret, was a veteran of WWII.

He is survived by his wife, Merina Foret, of Mamou; two sons, James Michael Foret and wife, Beverly , and Paul Jackie Foret and wife, Jackie both of Mamou; one daughter, Charlene Whittington and husband Charles, of Mamou; eight grandchildren, and twenty-one great grandchildren.

Mr . Foret was preceded in death by his parents, Willis and Florence Foret; one sister, Una Fontenot.

Visitation will be Wednesday, March 14, 2007 from 2:30 P.M.- until 10:00 P.M.. the Funeral Home will reopen on Thursday, March 15, 2007 at 8:00 A.M. until time of services. A rosary will be recided at 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 14, 2007.
