MAMOUIt is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the family of Leola Roberie
announces her passing on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at Savoy Medical center in Mamou, La. at the age of 91. Services will be held at the St. Anns Catholic Church in Mamou, on Thursday October 20, 2011 at 2:00 pm with father Chan officiating. Interment will follow in the Reeds Cemetery in Lanse Meg.
Leola a loving mother, friend, grandmother, and greatgrandmother and greatgreatgrandmother, will be sadly missed by her two daughters, Trudy Guillory and husband, Wilfred of Mamou, La, Judy Dupre of Plaicance, fourteen grandchildren and thirty greatgrandchildren, and six greatgreatgrandchildren and a host of other family and friends. she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Louis Roberie, one son, Joseph Lee Roberie and her parents, Odea and Edna Ardoin. At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Mamou on Wednesday,October 19, 2011 from 11:00 am until 10:00 pm and again on Thursday, October 20, 2011 from 8:00 am until time of services..A rosary will be recited at 6:30 pm on Wednesday by Decean Roderick Perron
