MAMOU It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Karl Rhodes, 38 announces his passing on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at 4:40 a.m. at Acadian Medical Center in Eunice. Services will be held on Saturday, December 06, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at New Life Church on South Street in Mamou. Burial will follow in the Reed Cemetery in Lanse Meg.

A loving husband, son, father and friend Karl leaves behind his wife Shelley Ardoin Rhodes of Mamou four children, Shawn Malveaux, Tyler Ardoin, Hayden Rhodes and Ava Jolie Rhodes all of Mamou his mother, Lucinda S. Rhodes of Bayou La Batre ,stepfather, Augustus Lyons three brothers, William Lawrence Rhodes, Dustin Ray Rhodes and Patrick Rhodes all of Mobile AL.
He will now rest in Heaven with his father William Rhodes. He surely await his arrival with open arms and a joyous heart.
At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home on Friday, December 5, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. A visitation will take place on Saturday, December 6, 2014 from 8:00 a.m. until time of services at the New Life Church in Mamou.
