MAMOU – Funeral Services will be held for Justine Marie Daigle on Thursday, January 4, 2024, at Ardoin’s Funeral Home of Mamou at 1:00 PM. Intermittent will follow at the First Baptist Cemetery.

Justine Marie Daigle, a beloved resident of Mamou, Louisiana, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on Monday, June 27, 1966, Justine possessed an innate ability to make those around her feel valued and appreciated. She had a rare talent for brightening even the darkest days with her radiant smile and contagious laughter. Her magnetic charisma drew people in and instantly put them at ease.

Family was at the core of Justine's existence. As a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend, she poured boundless love into these relationships. The role of motherhood brought immeasurable joy to Justine's heart. She raised her daughters with unwavering devotion and unconditional love. Every milestone they achieved was met with applause and unrestrained pride from their doting mother.

She was an extraordinary caregiver within her family, Justine extended her nurturing presence towards others as well. With a heart bursting with compassion, she dedicated herself to various volunteer activities. Whether lending an empathetic ear or extending a helping hand to those in need, Justine's selflessness touched countless lives.

Justine Marie Daigle will be deeply missed by her daughters, Paige and husband, Eric Patton of Bastrop, Texas, Kourtney Megan Daigle of Eunice, LA; her grandchildren, Abigail and William Patton, Zadden Gaspard, and Kailynn Lafleur; her sister, Chasity Monier of Redell, LA and her Ex-Husband/Friend, David Daigle.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Eufal Wayne Matt, and Charleen Gale Matt; her brother, Eufal Todd Matt, Clem Matt; sisters, Donna Matt and Lisa and brother-in-law, Jamie Bellard and her nephew Alex Wilson.

At the request of the family, a visitation will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2024, at Ardoin’s Funeral Home of Mamou beginning at 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM.
