MAMOUIt is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of, Joseph Vincent Vizina announces his passing on Sunday, September 01, 2013 at VA Hospital in Pineville. Chapel Services will be held on Thursday, September 05, 2013 at 2:00 PM at the Ardoins Funeral Chapel in Mamou. Burial will be follow in the New St. Anns Cemetery with Father Thainese officiating.
Vinny will be greatly missed by his mother, Lynn Vizina of Mamou two sons, Vincent Corey Vizina and wife Brandy and Donavon Lyn Vizina and wife Darla all of Eunice one daughter, Tara Vizina Darbonne and husband Toby of Eunice his former wife and mother to his children, Debbie Fuselier of Eunice four brothers, Michael L. Vizina and wife Betty, Scotty Vizina and wife Amedia all of Youngsville, Corky Vizina and wife Vickie and Neal Vizina and wife Margretta all of Lafayette and Andre Vizina and wife Emily of Carencro eight grandchildren and one greatgrandchild.
He is preceded in death by his father, Harry Vizina.
At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Mamou on Thursday, September 05, 2013 from 12:00 noon until 2:00 PM .A Rosary will be recited at 1:30 pm Thursday..
