MAMOU-It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of John Steve Guillory announces his passing in Lafayette on January 06, 2016 at 10:31 a.m., at the age of 54. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, January 11, 2016 at St. Ann's Catholic Church in Mamou. Rite of Committal will follow in the Platin Cemetery with Father Thainese as Celebrant.

A wonderful son, brother and uncle, Steve will be greatly missed by his mother, Brenda F. Guillory; two sisters, Rachel Beaugh of Rayne and Jennifer Doucet and husband, Blackie of Reddell and several nieces and nephews.
Steve will now reunite in Heaven with his father, Joseph O. Guillory. He surely awaits his arrival with open arms and a joyous heart.
At the request of the Guillory family visitation will be held at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Mamou onSunday, January 10, 2016 from 2:00 pm until 10:00 pm and again on Monday, "January 11, 2016 from 8:00 am until time of Services.
