George Hebert, a resident of Mamou passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2016 in Eunice at the age of 72.

George Hebert is survived by his daughter, Michelle Lasage; sister, Betty Landreneau; brothers, Carol Hebert, Jessie Hebert and Emery Hebert; and grandchildren, Tyler Lasage and Colby Lasage.

George Hebert was preceded in death by his wife, Grace Deville Hebert; and parents, Sandrez and Hattie Hebert.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 23, 2016 at Ardoin Funeral Home in Mamou from 9:00 am until 9:00 pm. Visitation will continue on Saturday, December 24, 2016 at the Funeral Home from 8:00 am until dismissal. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Ville Platte at 10:00 am. George will be laid to rest in the Gates of Heaven Cemetery.
