MAMOU - Funeral services will be held at a 3:00 PM Mass of Christian Burial at St Ann's Catholic Church in Mamou on Monday, October 1, 2018, for Evelyn G. Rutledge, 94, who passed away on September 27, 2018 in Mamou, LA.

Father Matthew Hebert will be celebrant of the mass and will conduct funeral services.

Burial will take place in Pine Point Cemetery.

Evelyn was born on April 4, 1924 to Eraste Guillory and Helen Hebert Guillory.

She is survived by one sister, Jane Manuel of Reddell; 15 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; five sons, Frank, Larry, Donald, Danny and David Fontenot; two grandchildren, Patricia and Jason Fontenot; two great grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter; three brothers, Nat, Felton and Burke Guillory; six sisters, Amay Manuel, Luta Highfill, Valline Soileau, Love Veillon, Minnie Rutherford and Audrey Lejeune.

The family requests that visitation be observed at Ardoin's Funeral Home of Mamou on Monday, October 1, 2018 from 9:00 AM to 2:45 PM. A rosary will be recited on Monday at 12:00 PM.
