MAMOUIt is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of, Eunice Deshotels announces her passing on Friday, November 29, 2013 at 1:42 am at her residence in Oberlin. Chapel services will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2013 at 10:00 am at the Ardoins Funeral Home Chapel in Mamou. Burial will follow in the Ardoin Cemetery with Brother David Plunkett officiating.
Eunice will be greatly missed by her two children, Robert Deshotels of Ville Platte, and Debra Deshotels of Oberlin two brothers, Wayne Warren of Raleigh, NC and Jimmy Williams of Kenner, La four grandchildren , Kachada Coleman, Dallas Deshotels, Jessica Fontenot and Ashley Summerfield and ten greatgrandchildren, Sarah Crews, Miles Coleman V, Landen Coleman, Julie Deshotels, Lauren Deshotels, Adam Deshotels, Hunter Manuel, Greenley Manuel, Javan Summerfield and Bailey Summerfield. Eunice was preceded in death by her husband, Dallas Deshotels and ten brothers and sisters.
At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home on Friday, November 29, 2013 from 5:00 pm until 10:00 pm and again on Saturday, November 30, 2013 from 8:00 am until time of services at 10:00 am.
