VILLE PLATTE- Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM for Ethel Veillion Courville, 95, at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Mamou on Saturday, September 23, 2017, who passed away Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Camelot of Broussard in Broussard, Louisiana surrounded by her loved ones.

Deacon Chuck Ortego will be conducting the funeral services and entombment will take place in the New St. Ann's Cemetery.

Her memories will live on through her family. She is survived by her daughters Jackie Guidry of Broussard, Brenda Bunyette and husband Donald of St. Amant, and Diana Brassette of Maurepas, her sons Ronald Lee Veillion of Port Allen, Buford Veillion and wife Maydell of Whiteville, and Hubert "Butch" Veillion and wife Jackie of Olla, and numerous grand children, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.

Ethel is preceded in death by her parents Arcelle and Daya McCaulley Soileau, husband Launey Veillion, sister Laura Vizina, and brother Wade Soileau.

The family request that visitation be observed at Ardoin's Funeral Home of Mamou on Saturday, September 23, 2017 from 10:00 AM until time of service. A rosary will be prayed in her honor Saturday at 1:30 PM.
