Mamou- Chapel services will be held at the Ardoin Funeral Home Chapel in Mamou for Earl H. Duplechain, 74 on Friday, May 9, 2008 at 1:00 pm with burial following in the New St. Anns Cemetery, with Brother Ervin Goodman officiating.

Mr. Duplechain was a Veteran of the Korean War and a Rice Bean Farmer. He was also Vise-President of Austor Oil Gas.

Earl, was a wonderful Father and Grandfather and will be sadley missed By his daughter, Vanessa Duplechain Ducote of Mamou; three grandchildren, Kristen Fuselier , Heidi Elizabeth Ducote, and Darren Earl Ducote; two sisters, Frankie Bertrand of Mamou, and Jewel Duplechain of Lake Charles, La;

He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Ashley Lauren Bebe Ducote and a grandson, Gabriel Luke Ducote; his parents, Frank and Christine Duplechain.

The family requests that visitation take place, on Thursday, May 8, 2008 from 11:00 am until 12:00 Midnight and again on Friday, May 9, 2008 from 8:00 am until time of services .A Rosary will be recited on Thursday, May 8, 2008 at 7:00 pm.
