Mamou It is with great sadness that the family of Dunice Mary Folsom, 95 announces her passing on Thursday, February 18, 2010 at Ville Platte Medical Center. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, February 22, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. at St. Anns Catholic Church. Rite of Committal will follow in the New St. Anns Cemetery with Fr. Jude Thierry Celebrant.
She is survived by one sisterinlaw, Celima Guillory one brotherinlaw, Raymond Rhodes one niece, Monique Guillory three nephews, Ray Guillory, Jr. and wife Mary Gary Guillory and wife Debbie Mark Guillory, Sr. and wife Yvettenumerous grandnieces and grandnepherws, and severalgreatgrand nieces and nephews several very close family friends, namely, Sue Vasseur, Mary Langley, and Keifer Sumner.she was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. Mrs. Onest Guillory two brothers, Rayford Guillory and Carroll Guillory two sisters, Helen Craig and Carrie Rhodes and her husband, Lee Folsom.
In lieu of flowers, prayersrequested especiall from St. Patrick Altar Society members, Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxillary members in Baton Rouge, La of which she was a member.
The family request that visiting hours be observed Monday, February 22, 2010 from 9:00a.m. until 4:00 pm . A rosary will be recited at 1:30 p.m. Monday evening.
