Danny, a native of Mamou, passed away on Tuesday, July 8, 2008 at his residence.

A loving Son, Father, Brother, Grandson, and Friend, he is survived by his parents, Danny Flora Howell of Mamou; three sons, Cyrus, Maxel, Billy Howell all of Mamou; one daughter, Rachilla Lafleur of Mamou; his Fiance, Mary Lafleur of Mamou; one sister, Alisha Howell of Mamou; his paternal grandparents, John and Betty Pelican of Duralde; his godmother, Cynthia Boone; and a host of Uncles, Aunts, Cousins and Friends.

He was preceded in death by his uncle, Maxel Pelican; paternal grandparents, Walter and Molly Howell; a cousin Triston Howell; and his maternal great grandmothers, Amy Matt and Mary Dinlger.

The family request that visiting hours be observed at Ardoins Funeral Home in Mamou on Tuesday, July 8, 2008 from 5:30pm until services on Thursday.

Ardoin's Funeral Home of Mamou is in charge of arrangements.
