MAMOU It is with the heaviest hearts and great sadness that the family of Cleveland Fontenot announces his passing on Thursday, March, 28, 2013 at his residence in Mamou, at the age of 76..
Clevelands wishes were to donate his body to science to further improve medical research.
A loving father, grandfather and greatgrandfather, he leaves behind two sons, Anthony Mark Fontenot and wife, Tabby of Pine Prairie and Barry Fontenot and wife, Anya of Basile eight grandchildren, Timothy James Ryder, Jessica Latiolais, Jennifer Latiolais, Katie Fontenot, Adam Fontenot, Bryson Belaire, Caden Fontenot and Ian Fontenot nine greatgrandchildren
He now rests in Heaven with his beloved wife, Maxine Berzas Fontenot, one son Cleveland Fontenot Jr. and one daughter, Lanna Johnson.
