Charles Jeffery Bogard
August 12, 1937 — March 2, 2024
Mr. Bogard died Saturday, March 2, 2024, at his residence surrounded by his loved ones.
Survivors include three daughters, Michelle Deville and her husband, Ricky, of Vidrine, Sharon Guillory of Vidrine and Karen Bogard of Reddell; one son, Charles Jeffery Bogard II and his wife, Heather, of Reddell; nine grandchildren, Ricky Deville and his wife Erin, Maghon Deville Manuel and her husband Rusty, Gavin Deville, Cole Guillory, Jill Guillory Stevens and her husband Robbie, Corey Guillory and his wife Kristen, Lauri Guillory Haller and her husband Ryan, Alex Baham and his wife Candace, and Hayleigh Bogard; and 24 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Terral Bogard; his parents, Lindsey and Ora Bogard; one brother, Darwin Bogard; one sister, Anna Lee Miller; and son-in-law Kirt Guillory.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 5, at the Ardoin’s Funeral Home Chapel in Mamou from 4 p.m. - 9 p.m., with a Rosary recited at 6 p.m. Visitation will resume at 8 a.m. Wednesday morning until time of service.
Ardoin’s Funeral Home of Mamou will be in charge of arrangements.
