MAMOU- It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Bobby Johnson, 64, announces his passing on Wednesday August 24, 2016, at his residence in Rayne. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Pine Prairie on Tuesday August 30, 2016 at 10:30 A.M. Rite of Committal will follow in the St. Peter's Cemetery with Father Kenneth Mayne as Celebrant.

Bobby will be greatly missed by one daughter, Constance Johnson Janik and husband, Michael of North Hampton, Mass; one sister, Teresa Johnson Munson and husband, Bernard of Livingston, Tx; three grandchildren, Madison Lacapricia, Margo Lacapricia and Tyler Janik; one niece, three nephews, and several great-nieces and nephews.

Bobby will now reunite in Heaven with his father Charlie Johnson. Charlie awaits Bobby with open arms and a joyous heart.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Mamou on Monday, August 29, 2016 from 4:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. A Rosary will be recited on Monday evening at 6:30 pm.

The funeral home will reopen at 8:00 A.M. on Tuesday until time of services.
