MAMOUIt is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the family announce the passing of their beloved, , mother , grandmother, greatgrandmother and friend, Adia Naquin, on October 14, 2010 at 9:oopm at Savoy Care Center in Mamou at the age of 83. A Service will be held at the St. Ann Catholic Church in Mamou, at 1:00 pm on Saturday, October16, 2010. Burial will follow in the New St. Ann Cemetery with Father Mark Melancon officiating. She leaves behind a loving and grateful family including one son, Ricky Nacquin an wife Sandra of Mamou one daughter, Debbie Boone and husband, Merlin of Mamou one sister, Carrie Fulton, of Elton four grandchildren, Rustin Nacquin, Chere Reinagel, Ashley Nacquin, and ShawnNacquin and five great grandchildren She was preceded in death by her husband Raybert B Nacquin and her parents,Olezia and Elda Rider.
At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Mamou on Friday, October 15, 2010 from 3:00 pm until time of services. A rosary will be recited at 6:30pm Friday evening.
