Hosea "June" Fuselier, Jr.

MAMOU - Funeral services will be held at an 11:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Mamou on Thursday, June 24, 2021 for Hosea “June” Fuselier, Jr., 86, who passed away on Monday, June 21, 2021 at Eunice Manor Nursing Home in Eunice.

Father Billy Massie, pastor of St. Ann’s Catholic Church, will be celebrant of the Mass and will conduct funeral services.

Burial will take place in the Reed Cemetery in Mamou.

Hosea “June” Fuselier, Jr. was born on December 25, 1934 in Chataignier to Hosea and Olina Manuel Fuselier.  June  worked hard as  a Boat Captain in the Oil and Gas Industry.  When not working, he enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, and fishing.  June will be greatly missed by family and friends.

June. is survived by his brother, Lester Fuselier and wife, Toppy of Eunice and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Hosea and Olina Manuel Fuselier; sister, Luna Fontenot; and brother, Lionel Fuselier.

At the request of the family, a visitation will be held on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Mamou beginning at 9:00 AM until time of service.
